1. Purpose

These Terms govern access to and use of the fextori.com website, owned by Fextori S.R.L., Tax ID (NIT) 439201026, SEPREC registration No. 10293847 and legal address in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.

2. Nature of the service

Fextori operates as a crowdfunding (crowdlending) platform focused on residential real estate projects in Bolivia. Using the site does not by itself constitute a public offering of securities. Any investment is formalised through an additional process of verification and specific contract signing.

3. Requirements for use

Access to the site is allowed to persons over 18 years of age with legal capacity to enter into contracts. Users declare that the information they provide is truthful, accurate and up to date.

4. Registration and account

Submitting the subscription form creates an informational contact. To invest, additional identity verification (KYC) and suitability assessment processes will be required in accordance with Bolivian Law No. 393 on Financial Services.

5. Investment risks

All investments in real estate crowdlending projects involve risks, including delays in construction schedules, variations in the real estate market and the possible partial or total loss of the capital contributed. Past results do not guarantee future returns.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos, trademarks and other elements of the site are the property of Fextori S.R.L. or its licensors. Their reproduction, in whole or in part, is forbidden without express authorisation.

7. Liability

Fextori takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability and security of the site, but is not liable for technical interruptions, third-party failures or misuse of the information by the user.

8. Changes

Fextori may modify these Terms to adapt them to regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
