Fextori S.R.L., Tax ID (NIT) 439201026 and SEPREC registration No. 10293847, with legal address at Av. San Martín, Torre CBN, 9th floor, Equipetrol Norte, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, is the controller of personal data collected through fextori.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form (name and email address), as well as technical data generated during your browsing (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and access date and time) via cookies and similar technologies.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to: (i) inform you about real estate crowdlending projects in Bolivia; (ii) send you commercial communications related to Fextori if you consent; (iii) measure site performance; and (iv) comply with the legal obligations set out in Bolivian data protection regulations and in Law No. 393 on Financial Services.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent when submitting the form, on the performance of the pre-contractual relationship and on compliance with applicable legal obligations in Bolivia.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the informational or commercial relationship with Fextori exists and until you request its deletion. Data required by financial regulation is retained for the applicable legal period.

6. Recipients

Your data may be shared with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, transactional email and analytics). We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be transferred to the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI) when required by law.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability by writing to privacidad@fextori.com. You can also withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effects.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including TLS 1.3 encryption, access control and periodic audits.

9. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will be published at this address together with its update date.
